Your safety is our primary concern at all times. Our team are instructed to wear gloves at all times during preparation, packing and delivery, and furthermore are frequently changing their gloves. We are adhering to all government regulations where social distancing is concerned, and are avoiding touch wherever possible to make sure you are as safe as possible.

We don’t believe in contracts of any kind, giving you all the flexibility you need. You can sign up for a period of time that best suits you, and you are free to cancel or temporarily hold our service at any time.
Unless you are trialing our service on a promotion, a minimum order of 1 week applies.
Please enquire and if we cannot deliver daily, we may be able to deliver frozen meals weekly or fortnightly.
That’s okay! We only ask that you try our menu first, and then if you find you are not enjoying a meal as much as you’d hoped, chat to our team and we can arrange something more to your liking.
If you’d like to make changes, please notify us by Thursday for the change to be applied for the following week.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility – this includes being able to cater for multiple dietary requirements. Please advise our team when you enquire and we will make sure you’re catered for!

If you will not be home please leave an esky and ice pack to keep your meal safe for up to 4 hours.
